Thermoplan is a Swiss brand renowned for its high-quality coffee machines, with stores and resellers around the globe.

When they sought to expand into Australia, the challenge was to create a website that maintained the same branding as the main Swiss site while adapting it for the Australian market, ensuring the same customer experience. 

We started by creating a website that replicated the Swiss original regarding branding and user experience. The new site needed to include sections specifically targeted towards the Australian audience, such as information on visiting the physical store and contacting local experts. Additionally, we adjusted how the products were presented to better suit local preferences without altering the core brand elements.

One key aspect of the project was to ensure seamless integration of these new sections into the existing design. This was crucial for providing a cohesive user experience, making the Australian site feel like a natural extension of the Swiss brand. Our approach involved a detailed analysis of the Swiss site to understand its branding and user experience, which we then mirrored in the Australian version.

The result was a website that delighted the client and provided Australian customers with the same high-quality brand experience Thermoplan is known for globally. This project demonstrated our ability to balance brand consistency with local adaptation, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience across different markets.
